What do people wear?

Attire is generally business casual. As the conference room may be rather cool at times during the day, we recommend that you bring a light sweater or jacket.

If the Four Seasons' lot is full, where can I park?

Please see the Parking section on the website. The Four Seasons' lot frequently fills up, and because of construction, we expect parking at the Four Seasons to be very limited. Please plan accordingly.

How can I receive CLE credit for some other state?

The Superconference only obtains CLE credit in Texas. We suggest you contact the applicable bar association to inquire about other state's CLE credit.

Does the Superconference have vendor booths?

The Superconference does not provide vendor booths other than for sponsors at certain levels.

Does the Superconference have scholarships?

The Superconference offers substantial discounts to government employees, and depending on available funding, a limited number of registration scholarships may be available for employees of non-profit organizations with environmental matters as a significant focus. For more information please contact us at superconference@haynesboone.com

What is the deadline to get a reduced room rate at the Four Seasons?

The deadline to get a reduced room rate at the Four Seasons is July 12, 2017, however, the room block usually fills prior to that date. Conference rates are effective through the weekend and are subject to availability at time of booking.

What is the deadline to cancel/revise room reservation(s) at the Four Seasons?

July 25, 2017 to avoid mandatory room charges.

What is the registration refund policy / deadline?

Registrants will receive a full refund if cancellation notice is received by July 14, 2017. After this date, a $150 cancellation fee will be assessed. Cancellations after July 25, 2017 will not receive a refund, but you may substitute an attendee by notifying Superconference prior to August 2, 2017.

Do I qualify for the student rate?

To qualify for the student rate, you must be enrolled in an institution of higher learning as a full time student in the current summer session or in the spring session immediately preceding the Superconference. Pursuing a degree while otherwise employed does not qualify.

Do I qualify for the government rate?

To qualify for the government rate, you must be employed by a branch of the federal , state or local government as your primary employment, or be serving as a government official (paid or unpaid). You do not qualify if you are a government contractor. If you work part time for a government, the government must be your primary source of employment to qualify. For example, if you are an adjunct professor at a state law school, but are also employed elsewhere (such as in private
practice), you do not qualify for the government rate.
